What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged. If items are damaged, email us and we'll get you the help you need.

Processing time?

2-3 business days depending on inventory. Items should be shipped in 2-3 business days , dropped off in 2-3 business days, and could be picked up same day or next day depending on inventory.

When should I expect an email response?

Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response

What are your customer service hours?

Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
Sat & Sunday: CLOSED (working on getting orders ready for shipping, pickup, or drop off & making new products for you all to enjoy)
